See the full lineup on our Lineup page.

Note: The lineup is subject to change.

When will set times be announced?

During the days leading up to the festival, set times will be posted via this site, our social media sites, and email updates (sign up for emails at the bottom of this page).

Note: The lineup is subject to change.

Is there an age requirement?

Sound Haven is strictly an 18+ event. Anybody under the age of 18 is not permitted, regardless of whether they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

Can I come just to camp, and not attend the festival?

All guests must have both a festival admission pass AND a camping pass to camp in the campgrounds. A camping pass does not solely permit entry.

Camping

I'm camping. Can I leave the festival grounds and come back?

Once parked, your vehicle must stay in the campgrounds for the duration of the festival. You may leave at any time, but re-entry into the campgrounds will be prohibited for camper safety.

Food Vendors, Ice, Water Stations, and a General Store with all the essentials are all on site ready to serve you!

Can I bring a cooler or alcohol from my campsite into the festival venue?

Coolers are permitted in the campgrounds but may not be brought into the main festival venue between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

During these hours, each attendee may bring up to two single-serving alcoholic beverages from their campsite into the venue. Cases, six-packs, bulk quantities, full-size liquor bottles, boxed wine, large beverage containers, and glass containers are not permitted.

Please leave your cooler and any additional beverages at your campsite before entering. Guests arriving with more than the permitted amount will be asked to return the excess items to camp or dispose of them before entry.

This policy helps us maintain efficient security lines, reduce excessive alcohol inside the venue, and provide a safer environment for everyone. Bars and beverage service will be available throughout the festival grounds.

All standard age-verification, prohibited-item, and responsible alcohol consumption policies still apply.

Festival Store

Is there a general store on site? What can I buy there?

Mr. B's Festival Needs is the official general store partner of Sound Haven 2026. They have been the go-to general store at music festivals across the country since 2008, and their motto says it best: "If you forgot it, we brought it."

Their on-site General Store is open 24 hours a day and stocked with over 1,000 products — tents, canopies, camp chairs, sleeping bags, air mattresses, coolers, camp kitchen gear, earplugs, sunscreen, batteries, hydration packs, snacks, drinks, and more.

Can I pre-order camping supplies before the festival?

Yes. Mr. B's Festival Needs offers a service called Click & Collect, which lets you order your festival essentials online ahead of time and pick them up at their General Store once you are on site. It is a convenient way to make sure the items you want are actually in stock when you arrive — and it means you can pack a lot lighter.

They offer bundles built for camping, hanging out, and cooking at your campsite, smaller survival packs, and hundreds of individual items you can add to round out your setup.

Pre-order at the Sound Haven shop on their site.

When is the deadline to pre-order supplies?

Pre-orders close July 27 at 11:59 PM CT. After that, Mr. B's Festival Needs will still be selling everything in person at their on-site General Store throughout the weekend — pre-ordering just guarantees the specific items you want are set aside for you.

When and where do I pick up my pre-order?

Pickup opens Thursday, July 30 and runs through the final day of the festival. You can stop by anytime the General Store is open — and it is open 24 hours.

All Click & Collect orders are picked up at the Mr. B's Festival Needs General Store inside the festival grounds. They will email you the exact location before the festival, and there is Click & Collect signage at the store when you arrive.

What do I need to bring to pick up my pre-order?

Mr. B's Festival Needs asks that you bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. This is how they make sure orders are released to the right person.

Can someone else pick up my pre-order for me?

Possibly, but it has to be arranged in advance. If you know someone else will be picking up your order, Mr. B's Festival Needs asks that you contact them ahead of time so they can help coordinate pickup and confirm the necessary details.

Can I add items to my pre-order after I place it?

Yes. You can place additional orders any time before the pre-order deadline. Each order is available for pickup separately at the General Store during the festival.

You can also buy additional items in person at the store throughout the weekend.

Will they set up my tent or canopy for me?

No. Click & Collect is a product pickup service only — you pick your items up at the store and set them up yourself. That said, if you have questions about how any of the products work, the store staff are happy to help.

What if something in my pre-order is damaged or missing?

Head to the General Store as soon as you can so their team can sort it out for you. The sooner they know, the more likely they are to have a replacement on hand.

What happens if I never pick up my pre-order?

Orders are held through the final day of the festival and must be picked up on site. If something comes up and you cannot make it, contact Mr. B's Festival Needs as soon as possible and they will do their best to help.

Refunds for unclaimed orders are not guaranteed and are handled case by case, so it is worth reaching out early.

What do I do with my camping gear at the end of the weekend?

If you would rather not haul it all home, Mr. B's Festival Needs will take it back and make sure it goes to a good cause. Just let their team know at the General Store before you head out — no need to coordinate anything in advance.

Please do not simply abandon gear at your campsite. Pack out whatever you do not donate.
